Jinal Jatakia has joined as an Executive Director in Mumbai office. A Fellow Chartered Accountant with more than 18 years of experience, Jinal’s knowledge encompasses Forensic Audit and Investigation, Arbitration & Disputes, Valuation of Damages, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption, Integrity Due Diligence, Digital Forensics, Asset Tracing, Risk Advisory Services and Business Restructuring Services. 

During his career, Jinal has occupied high-level roles at well-known international companies, such as Deloitte, PWC, BDO, Mazars, Dow Chemical Corporation, and Galaxy Surfactants. Prior to joining Netrika, Jinal co-founded CLA Indus Value Consulting. Remarkably, he spearheaded the establishment of Forensic Investigation and Dispute Advisory services in important areas of India, creating strong systems for fraud prevention and dispute resolution. His achievements encompass leading probes into high-profile cases with major banks, regulators and corporations. He has also assisted in quantification of damages for Contractual, Construction, Shareholder, Private Equity, Electricity and Family disputes.  

Jinal's professional experience has covered various locations, such as India, USA, UK, France, 

Dubai, Vietnam and other international markets. He has managed crucial assignments such as SEC investigations, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) assessments, Asset Tracing in various jurisdictions and damage quantification in arbitration and litigation matters with MCIA, DIAC (Delhi), SIAC, AAA and DIAC (Dubai). His skill in handling intricate investigations, such as those related to digital forensics and international conflicts, has garnered him acknowledgement as a reliable advisor in the industry.
