Lt Col Vivek Gupta is a seasoned senior executive with over 22 years of experience across various domains. He holds a proven track record in Information and Intelligence management at both strategic and operational levels, Due Diligence, Fraud Prevention, Risk identification, Skip Tracing, Law Enforcement Coordination, Digital & Accounting Forensics management, Anti Money Laundering, OSINT investigations, BFSI sector Diligence & Investigations, White Collar Crime diligence, Whistle Blower allegation mapping, Ethics and Compliance-based investigations, and Espionage. As Vice President at Go IP Global Services Pvt Ltd (Syrotech), Lt Col Gupta was recognized for his operational expertise within the manufacturing sector. He spearheaded the certification process, organizing audits by third-party entities such as TUV Nord for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 to uphold the company's operational efficiency standards.

Additionally, he oversaw the acquisition of RoSH and REACH certifications from third-party labs for the company's products. He was instrumental win reviewing and implementing government guidelines related to POSH, Apprenticeship Act, ESI, PF, and more, guaranteeing full compliance across the board.

He led technical initiatives such as cloud migration and ERP implementation, including vendor selection and resolving functional issues. He also managed HR functions for 500 employees and coordinated the relocation of the manufacturing unit, overseeing renovations and security measures to ensure compliance and safety standards.

As the Team Lead for Investigations, Intelligence, and Security in the Army, Lt Col Gupta showcased outstanding leadership and strategic expertise in managing critical operations. His notable accomplishments include spearhseading risk management and loss prevention initiatives with a team of 30 Intelligence Operators, resulting in a notable decrease in criminal incidents and organizational losses by up to 50% over the past three years. Additionally, his skills encompass evidence handling, forensic investigation management, and providing litigation support to decision-makers.

His professional background includes successfully leading investigations related to various areas such as misconduct, fraud, theft, misappropriation, harassment, AML, terrorist financing, due diligence, digital forensics, financial fraud, whistle-blower diligence, and compliance, achieving a remarkable success rate exceeding 70%.

His proactive approach extends to fostering and maintaining professional relationships with Government and Private Agencies, utilizing their resources to gather viable intelligence in numerous cases.
